Throughout all the categories you will have an opportunity to use search option if that category of products has to many items to choose from.

Add Notes To The Order

Every time before you send your order, you’ll have an option to send custom message with specific instructions or add the products that you couldn’t find in the database.

PREMIUM FEATURES

Premium features can be activated by the Participating Building Material Supplier Only

The premium version is FREE for contractors, suppliers will setup the project in their dashboard and will assign roles to every party that is involved in the project, as well as upload an estimate that is broken down by packs

Estimate Uploading

This VITAL feature of our app is Estimate Uploading, this feature gives contractors an ability to edit (add or subtract) projects’ material list by packs inside the app, thus eliminate costly returns and unnecessary materials.

Pack Ordering

With Ontime.Build the app you don’t have to wonder what materials are specified for your project, the system automatically will show you items that were uploaded with the estimate. But in the event that you would need to order something that is not in the estemate, you have an option to turn off this feature and see all the options from your supliers database.

Estimate Specific Material

After an Estimate is uploaded into Ontime.Build System Contractor can see what items are in each Pack on their mobile device and consequently order the Pack as a whole or after making necessary adjustments.
